Asset-backed finance structures help clients to access shorter term capital without liquidating assets. Put simply, we only grant loans to clients who have a clear means to settle the loan, and we must be satisfied with the settlement mechanism at the outset. We tailor the loan terms to suit the particular client, depending on how and when the exit mechanism will occur, and any other relevant considerations. We grant a maximum loan of 40% of the value of the security assets, and loans are approved for a maximum of 12 - 24 months.
